This place is in a great area, which is a big plus. the staff here are super nice and really polite. the breakfast they serve is good and there's a wide selection of food to choose from - always a nice touch! 🍳.

The breakfast was good, well presented and with variety of options. The location was easy and decent, adjacent to trains and front desk staff and security, the bridge in the first subway station, and the Bronx zoo.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in New York City.

Some noise at night coming from outside due to cars passing by (not well enough soundproofed.) but it is totally bearable, no deafening noises. Breakfast time (6:30-9:30) a little too early for the end time if you want to sleep a little longer.

Ease of getting to the subway

The neighborhood is ugly... but we feel safe in the hotel.

It's beautiful, it's clean, it's new and very pleasant for our 2 night stay.

Parking in the nearby street, no room at the hotel when making a reservation and no follow-up for priority to people already in the hotel.

The location of this place is fantastic, close to the bridge, train stations, and friendly front desk staff.

Hearty breakfast, fairly good geographical location (5 minutes walk from Harlem, very close to metro). Courteous and efficient staff.

The rooms here are modern and come with AC, a fridge, and 2 cozy queen beds, plus there's plenty of storage space. 🛏️ the staff members are all friendly and know their stuff.
